The mission of the Clover Housing Authority (CHA) is to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to eligible families in the community. We promote self-sufficiency, ensure equal opportunity in housing, and improve community quality of life.

CHA provides housing through the Project-Based Voucher program at Willow Oaks Apartments.

Clover Housing Authority has served the Town of Clover since 1984.
